Before your Big Day, you've got some questions...so here are the answers! Below you can find additional information about hiring our photo pods, backgrounds and accessories. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us via email or on socials.
Does the photo pod come with an attendant?
The photo pod, and any backgrounds and accessories, are set up prior to the event by Big Day Events Hire. During the event, the photo pod is unattended by us as it is an easy, self-operating system - you simply tap the screen to take the pictures.
How do we receive our photos?
We will email you a link to access all of your wonderful photos digitally.
How do we secure a booking?
Once the date and details are agreed, we will require a deposit to confirm the booking.
Does the pod come with lighting?
The photo pod has 6000k LED lighting built in which providing great lighting for your wonderful pictures.
What are your background and prop/accessories options?
Currently, we have two background options: a white hydrangea flower wall or a silver shimmer sequin wall. We also have a range of inflatable props, instruments, glasses and hats for a fun addition to your photo experience. Check in with us as we are continuously updating our inventory.
Where outside of South Wales do you offer your services?
Please get in touch, even if you aren't in the South Wales area, for a small fuel supplement, we would consider events outside of South Wales as we may be able to support your Big Day!
